My Review and Lip Swatches
I think this is a really great lip launch. The colours are gorgeous, the texture is so comfortable and moisturising and the effect is super flattering.
I love the doe-foot applicator. You can use the pointed edge of the applicator to line the lips, then use the flat side to quickly fill in. It makes application really easy and you able to create a precise line with a volumised effect.
The formula of Glossier G Suit is super pigmented and it means that you can cover the lips fast yet it is really easy to control which isn’t always the case with dense colours.
It gives the lips a smooth and plumped out look which I think is perhaps the most impressive element about the way these lip colours perform. The formula seems to really fill out any lines and texture in the lips and smooth over any surface irregularities.
It isn’t transfer proof, but I am happy with how this wears as it fades evenly and keeps the lips feeling hydrated and moisturised. In fact, when I take my makeup off at night, my lips still feel moisturised.
If you are looking for a more longwear option, have a read of Fenty Beauty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick Review Swatch. The Fenty products have a similar moussey texture but are more matte and designed to be longer wearing. They are less moisturising than the Glossier.
